Welcome to Wild Orchid Spa.

By booking an appointment, purchasing services, memberships, packages, gift cards, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointments & Reservations

Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome based on schedule availability.

A valid credit card may be required to reserve appointments, memberships, promotional services, or special events.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, including phone number and email address, for appointment confirmations and reminders.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service amount.

Multiple missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings.

Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to avoid impacting other guests.

3. Gift Cards & Promotional Offers

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Promotional gift cards, welcome offers, first-visit specials, referral rewards, memberships, and limited-time promotions:

cannot be combined unless explicitly stated,

may have expiration dates,

may be limited to one per guest,

may not apply toward gratuities or retail products.

Wild Orchid Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice.

4. Membership Terms

Membership benefits are valid only while the membership remains active and in good standing.

Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

Unused services may roll over only if specifically included in the membership plan.

Membership benefits are non-transferable.

Memberships may be canceled with written notice according to the membership agreement terms.

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension of benefits.

5. Packages & Prepaid Services

All prepaid packages and treatment series:

are non-refundable,

non-transferable,

must be used within the stated validity period.

Results vary by individual and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

6. Medical & Health Disclosure

Certain treatments may not be appropriate for all individuals.

Clients agree to:

disclose all relevant medical conditions,

disclose allergies, medications, pregnancy status, recent procedures, or skin sensitivities,

follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by the spa.

Wild Orchid Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by incomplete or inaccurate health information provided by the client.

Clients receiving advanced skincare, body contouring, permanent makeup, or wellness-related treatments may be required to complete additional consent forms before treatment.

7. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, age, medical history, consistency, and aftercare compliance.

Wild Orchid Spa does not guarantee specific cosmetic, skincare, wellness, anti-aging, or body contouring results.

Photographs shown on the website, social media, or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only.

8. Retail Products

Opened retail products are non-refundable unless defective.

Unopened products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, at management discretion.

9. Spa Etiquette

To maintain a peaceful environment:

Please silence mobile devices during treatments.

Respectful behavior toward staff and guests is required at all times.

Wild Orchid Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

10. Minors

Clients under 18 years of age may require parental or guardian consent for certain services.

Some treatments may not be performed on minors.

11. Photography & Marketing

With client consent, photographs or videos may occasionally be taken for treatment documentation, educational purposes, or marketing materials.

Clients may opt out at any time by notifying the spa in writing.

12. Liability Waiver

By receiving services at Wild Orchid Spa, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with spa and aesthetic treatments.

Wild Orchid Spa, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

allergic reactions,

sensitivities,

temporary redness or irritation,

dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes,

complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

13. Pricing & Service Changes

Prices, service descriptions, memberships, packages, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Wild Orchid Spa reserves the right to modify treatment protocols, providers, service duration, or pricing at any time.

14. Website & Intellectual Property

All content on the Wild Orchid Spa website, including text, branding, graphics, images, logos, and marketing materials, is the property of Wild Orchid Spa and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

15. SMS & Email Communications

By submitting your contact information through our website, forms, promotions, or booking system, you consent to receive:

appointment reminders,

service-related notifications,

promotional emails,

occasional marketing text messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may unsubscribe at any time by following the opt-out instructions in messages.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes arising from services or website use shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
